Designations and Certifications
CRS – The Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) is the highest professional designation awarded to experienced Realtors in the residential sales field. Members have proven they have the experienced, advance training in listing, selling and commitment to be among the best in their profession. Less than 4% of all realtors hold the CRS designation.
GRI – The Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) symbol is the mark of a real estate professional who has made the commitment to provide a high level of professionalism services to you by securing a strong educational foundation. These realtors can better serve prospective Buyers and Sellers.
SRES – Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) by earning this designation Realtors has demonstrated the necessary knowledge, expertise and received special training to counsel client’s age 50+
SFR – Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource (SFR) focuses on both the buyer and seller sides of distressed property transactions.
CHS – Certified HAFA Specialist. HAFA is Home Affordable Foreclosure Alternative program – the first to set nationwide standards on the Short Sale process, timelines and documents.
MRP – Military Relocation Professional. Working with U.S. service members, veterans, and their families to find housing solutions that best suit their needs.
CCRP – Compass Certified Real Estate Professional
